Lady Next Door

I read Harry and the Lady Next Door, a level 1 in I Can Read! series.
Harry always heard the lady next door to sing a song but he did not like her voice.
Then, he managed to stop her from singing. He tried to run away with some pages of music, make cows moo, and bring a band.
One day, she won First Prize and she got a right to study music in a far-off country for a long time.

Could he force her out?
