The flood

One day, it rained heavily.

The weather forecast said some bad storm were coming, with a lot of rain. Next morning, Chip, his father and Floppy took a walk. Surprisingly, the park flooded like a lake! They worried if their house bore the heavy flood. Streets were filled with water gradually so their family evacuated upstairs. They saw a man padding past in a canoe because of water.

Did they survive?
